    Every community benefits from housing that is:

    • Affordable
    • Close to community amenities
    • Physically accessible
    • Welcoming of people of all abilities, including those with developmental disabilities

    And that's exactly why we built Tipton Place -- an apartment building with 42 self-contained units ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms in the heart of Powell River / qathet.

    Our apartments are designed to accommodate seniors, families, single adults, and people with disabilities.

    Accessible Units

    All building and unit entrances are wheelchair accessible. And four apartments are fully accessible.

    Wheelchair accessible apartments feature:

    • Accessible washroom with roll-in shower
    • Accessible kitchen
    • Wide hallways and doors to accommodate wheelchair turning requirements
