Purpose
To provide people of all abilities with a home where they feel they are a part of their community, and to provide housing that offers comfort, secruity, and opportunities for full citizenship.

Inclusion Homes – Affordable Housing
Our role
In partnership with BC Housing and the City of Powell River, we are developing 40 units of affordable housing close to downtown Powell River. Ground-breaking expected fall 2020.
Powell River Innovation and Social Enterprise Company Ltd. (PRISE)
Purpose
Maintains ownership of our social enterprises.

Our role
Major investor in Coastal Breeze Developments Ltd., which owns the land and building of Coastal Breeze Village independent living facility. Representatives of our Board of Directors sit as Directors on the Coastal Breeze Developments Ltd. Board.

Powell River Model Community Project for Persons with Disabilities Society
Purpose
- To develop and enhance the characteristics and features of Qathet Region which optimize the integration of persons with disabilities into the community.
- To focus on the requirements for independent and fulfilling participation in society.
- To develop an educational framework for the advancement of persons with disabilities within the community, which can serve as a model for other communities for the integration of persons with disabilities.
- To develop through Federal, Provincial, and/or Municipal funding, any other projects that will enhance the betterment of the community at large.
