Our Youth Outreach program is a community-based program that supports youth up to the age of 18 to prepare for life after high school.
Youth Outreach offers both one-on-one support to fit with your schedule, and group activities after school such as cooking club or recreation centre drop-in.
We support you in:
- Providing social opportunities
- Transition planning
- Working toward personal and family goals
We offer support at your home, at inclusion’s Jean Pike Centre, or in the community depending on your and your family’s needs.
Youth Outreach also offers summer daytime programs and spring break activities as needed.
A referral from the M.C.F.D. Child and Youth Special Needs social worker is required for this program.
