Please note that all qualified internal candidates will be considered prior to external candidates.
We will invite selected applicants to interview.
After your interview we may ask you for three professional references, for example: past employers; volunteer supervisors; or school, co-op or practicum supervisors.
It’s our preference that one of your references be your current or most recent preference, but we are understand there are situations where that may not be possible.
If you’re successful in your application, we’ll provide you with a conditional offer of employment.
The offer depends on the successful completion of our onboarding package, which includes
offer you a letter of employment outlining the terms of your job.
We’ll provide you with an onboarding package that will include documentation for a criminal record check, TB test, and drivers license information.
We’ll need this information before we can start scheduling you for shifts.
We provide both online and in-person training as part of your on-boarding.
This includes orientation to our intranet and records system, medical training as applicable, and shadowing a colleague to get comfortable in your new role.
